Our postage is tracked postage either USPS or DHL or Priority or UPS. USPS is tracked within the USA only and not covered by insurance. DHL or Priority or UPS is tracked to delivery and insured we reserve the right to send Via DHL or priority or UPS at our option. Postage is calculated at checkout. We do not ship to NZ with DHL due to costs.
Your package will be given a tracking number so you will be able to track your package en-route. Your products will be shipped from the USA.
Monday – Friday: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of received payment.You must provide a street address. We WILL NOT post to a post office box.
Weekend and Public Holidays: If your order is received on a weekend or a public holiday, your parcel will be dispatched the next business day.

It is the consumer’s responsibility to research which carriers have licenses for certain items. There will be no refunds for carrier choices.
- It’s the international consumer’s responsibility to know if our products are allowed into their country. If a package is returned to us due to customs rejection it will not be refunded. - ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES AUSTRALIA AND NZ PTY LTD will not alter custom documents or packaging labels. There are no exceptions! Please do not ask.
- We do not guarantee any international shipping times. ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES AUSTRALIA AND NZ PTY LTD will not refund shipping costs of any kind due to delivery time.
- ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES AUSTRALIA AND NZ PTY LTD cannot intercept any international delivery. Once the package has left our facility it will be shipped to the address given to us and no refund will be issued. It’s the consumer’s responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address.
- Customs can vary and impact shipping times. If you have not received your package please check with customs.

All shipments being sent USPS First Class International are not insured and cannot be tracked once the package leaves the United States. Notes for the carrier cannot be left on First Class International Shipments.
Customers may contact USPS, the local post office or customs if they are concerned about their packages location. You must contact USPS if there is an issue with delivery. USPS re-uses tracking numbers and many take 24 hours to change over to the new shipment.
